    Made of durable PE, the twin walled re-enforced pipe collection tank for storing food waste is suitable for deep underground installation and installation in areas at risk from groundwater and does not have any metal components in the tank. Access for cleaning and maintenance work is possible via inspection covers with upper sections made of polymer for infinitely variable height and level levelling. The innovative Shredder-Mix-System with integrated macerating system homogenises and circulates the container contents. Cleaning takes place via an external, floodable pump, which is installed in an integrated, walk-in technical compartment and can be separated from the tank with a shut-off valve. A direct disposal pipe socket is provided for odourless manual disposal. In addition, the food waste collection tank has a rounded base for quick and clean disposal. The fully automatic programme sequence is controlled by a user-friendly control unit with a multi-line display, which can be integrated into the building management system via a potential-free contact. The control unit with a cable length of 10 metres is installed in the engineering chamber at the factory. Cleaning and waste disposal can be started from a remote location using a remote control. The customisable cleaning programme with quick selection function allows cleaning to be adapted to local conditions as required. Fully automated flushing of the drinking water pipes ensures compliance with drinking water hygiene regulations. The refill inlet and solenoid valves must be installed on site in a dry room. The internal pipework between the collection tank and pump is already pre-assembled, the external conduit pipes and connectors must be installed on site. For load class D, a load distribution plate must be installed on site. The reinforcement plans are part of the EBA and are available from KESSEL. The tank is groundwater resistant up to ground level (GOK). Warranty on the PE material 20 years.
