When the Magasin department store in Copenhagen needed a new grease separator, the experienced team at Lauridsen Handel & Import A/S was tasked with finding a suitable solution. The particular challenge lay in modernising the existing system without having to carry out extensive structural alterations.
Thanks to close coordination, detailed calculations and the expertise of the KESSEL service engineers, the choice fell on a fully automatic EasyClean free Auto Mix & Pump grease separator with a nominal size of NS 10. This model not only met the necessary capacity requirements but could also be optimally integrated into the existing installation.
To ensure a perfect fit, the grease separator was adapted and welded on site by KESSEL specialists. This enabled the installation to be carried out quickly and efficiently, whilst disruption to ongoing operations was kept to a minimum.
The project demonstrates how, through technical expertise, practical advice and bespoke solutions, even demanding refurbishment projects can be carried out cost-effectively and reliably.
